EIGHTER 'something weird'


Now available for free download...EIGHTER offers you six tracks at forty five minutes in length for your listening pleasure. 'Something Weird' is the result of a jam session by drummer Mike Cooper(Old One) + bassist Aaron Todd(Alegionnaire). All recording was done live via cassette tape by M.C.E.D. @ King Bee Ground Sound on February 15th, 2011.

11/18/11 @ KBGS


Friday, November 18th, King Bee Ground Sound will be the host to three very different but equally as heavy bands. Hometown acts include drum/bass duo They Yearn For What They Fear as well as the ever so heavy Suncrusher. Joining these two bands will be Palace of Slumber, hailing from south/eastern KY. This will be their first time playing King Bee, so try to come out and support. Show will start around nine p.m. and we will be taking donations.

10/22/11 @ KBGS



KitKarma will be releasing their newest album entitled ' Where The Good Fight Gets You' on October 22nd @ King Bee Ground Sound. Copies of the new cd will be available for $5. Accompanying them will be the likes of Casey Horner and Shane Gilmore (a.k.a. Crow's Mouth). Good friends The Whitehall Bear will be making their first journey to King Bee from Morehead as well as brother/sister duo Red Fire. This promises to be a fine show, so come out and support your friends and make some new ones. Music will commence around nine p.m. + donations are accepted.

9/16/11 @ KBGS



This Friday, September 16th, King Bee Ground Sound will be host to a show for the ages! Bands include the all mighty BELOW from eastern, KY - a very special performance by the gruesome twosome also known as Old One - metal/punk four-piece Suncrusher are sure to be intense - and Somerset's own drum/bass duo, They Yearn For What They Fear. Show will start around eight p.m. + we are asking for a $5 cover to go to the out of town bands. Hope you can make it, spread the word.

'Where The Good Fight Get You' Recording @ KBGS Complete


KitKarma just completed recording an album @ King Bee Ground Sound. The facilities in King Bee were used throughout the months of July and August by KitKarma to self-record their new release 'Where The Good Fight Gets You'. The album features nine tracks and is twenty eight minutes long. KitKarma will be self-releasing this as a cd in the fall. Artwork for the album has been completed by Tyler Spears.
